One Iguanas worker quits, another sacked !

Not one but two staff from Iguanas who’s published statutory declarations, copies of which I hold, are gone. One resigned Paul Trotter the other Jared Golla was sacked.    http://www.smh.com.au/news/national/iguanas-worker-sacked-another-quits/2008/07/28/1217097148497.html    There are two separate issues here, the political issue in one place, which the Labor Party hope will go away. And the legal issue in another place which is perceived to be being laundered by Gosford Police and now the DPP. We read where there has been an actual admissions by one of Belinda Neal’s party, but that report aside, only a court can actually rule on the truthfulness of the Iguanas staff published statutory declarations, which I trust to be what they are made and witnessed to be, the truth. The number of lawyers involved in our State and Federal governments may not understand the Police and DPP are only able to offer an opinion! Until a court rules otherwise, the staffs statutory declarations have the same legal standing they started with under the Oaths Act when they were published by the print media. Remember Premier Iemma spends over a million dollars of taxpayers money for spin on damage control exactly like this. Politicians being incompetents, drunk with political power or simply just being feral .
