Re: Protecting Human Rights
How human rights should be protected???
Australia has signed international treaties including the Universal declaration on the human rights, ICCPR, ICERD among others and this jokers thinks we should have a national debate??
We realise much of abuses was the cause of Howard and Ruddock but Notices of a Constitutional matter were sent to the current AG and he failed to turn up to any of them. No challenge meant that the High Court had to accept the charges, as per rule of law. But like the racist that they are they cover up: Haynes J, refused hearing of question of law, and so did Gummov and Crennnan, without any legal opinion, so we will take it as their personal bias and prejudices.

And for those who thinks a Bill of Rights helps, let us say the new Bill of Rights in Victoria is a fraud right out of the gate, as the Barrister Stephen Keim lawyer for Haneef indicated that human rights in the hands of judges could be disaster:

Re: Protecting Human Rights
Hey, Im not allowed to prove my innocence even when there is evidence to prove them wrong. I lost my family, my sovrenty has been interfered with and i have even been assulted by a police officer that i hope will be charged with pre emptive assuly.
Does anyone know where i can find some peace observers if this goes to court as i believe it might end back up in a court that i understand does not have juristiction over me?
Re: Protecting Human Rights
