Push Bike Power: The Otesha Project (Australia) prepares for its forthcoming NSW cycle tour to empower youth.
Posted October 3rd, 2008 by OteshaThe Otesha Project (Australia): Cycling for Sustainability is currently preparing for its forthcoming five-week bicycle tour, which will see 17 tour members pedal from Brisbane to Newcastle (15 November – 22 December 2008) visiting schools to engage youth and raise awareness about environmental sustainability and social justice issues.
And if cycling over 1,000 kms without vehicle support isn't inspiring enough, the Otesha crew will astonish youth with their performance of Otesha's hilarious Morning of Choices play, which depicts a day in the life of two young individuals and the impact their daily choices have on poor old 'Mother Earth'. Targeting issues such as water, clothing, media, food and transport, the play challenges high school students to consider their life choices to ensure a positive future. Alongside the heatre performance, the Otesha crew will also present various slideshows and interactive workshops to examine some of these issues more closely.

Penny Wongs dubious Green Paper
Posted July 16th, 2008 by AnonymousClimate change but on whos terms do we change under this new climate we are suppose to live under, mass marketing the corporate green economy built on the enslavement of farmers who have used up all their resources to such a extent that the Murry Darling basin is almost dead.
Whats this Green paper all about anyway, carbon, food is carbon & we will be running out of that pretty soon seeing that the Murry Darling basin is almost dead.
Renewables I cant see much here

The universal pension system was smashed, privatised, individualised into a 2 Caste system, creating a labour aristocracy.
Posted July 10th, 2008 by Anonymous
With an amerikkkan style labour aristocracy having little personalised
capitalist superannuation funds. a system deliberately set up mostly by
Labor in order to tie the better off working people into supporting the
capitalist system .In which they now have a perceived future material
interest. As long as imperialism functions well and profits rolled in
super seemed assured.
But.
