It's money well spent. Whistleblowers need persecuting, whatever the cost. They're a nuisance.

Persecuting Val Kerrison
There are a few notable whistleblowers of the state Public Service who have been persecuted for years.

Val Kerrison has suffered this persecution after complaining of racial discrmination at a TAFE college and Gerard Crewdson has also suffered around ten years of persecution after complaining that disabled people were being abused and assaulted.
Public officers are being paid huge salaries to prevent corruption and act on reports of criminal behaviour. They are not doing their jobs. Because of them not doing their jobs, instead of the original problem being solved, the whole thing spirals into years of litigation.
The Crown Solicitors don't come cheap. The various penniless whistleblowers running their own court cases to try to get some justice have no money to pay costs. So costs will be borne by the N.S.W. government and its various departments.
This litigation did not have to happen in the first place. The decent thing to do would have been to apologize to the people involved and perhaps offer a decent separation payment - say half a million dollars - an amount that will not make the employee feel they have been cheated.
Instead the N.S.W. government used dishonest doctors at HealthQuest to certify that these people were sick when they were not. They could then be removed from their duties, bypassing antidiscrimination laws. Isn't there someone intelligent in a high position in the public service who could solve these kinds of problems without resort to lies, false accusations and court cases?
Australia the Imploding Country - Decent Humans Beware!
Whether or not the situation would be improved with more women in power - and the statistics and research indicate that it would - Australia public service is imploding.
Corruption is neck-deep and the public service is imploding from the non-productive, but protected, parasites sitting around performing no public service.
Seems they know they are unemployable in the real world. Take for instance the staff in places like the Ombudsman's Office, or ICAC, or Premier's Office - they could not be so dumb as to realise that out of all the complaints coming in (and there are more each year) they NEVER properly address any.
This does not make for job satisfaction. Those real workers who like to perform a fair day's work for a (relatively) fair day's pay, leave.
The unemployables stay
Or transfer to another non-operative department such as the Health Care Complaints Commission. Or the Attorney General's Office. Or the Auditor General's Office.
Or they can sit in the gas-chamber (HealthQuest) and mass produce HealthQuest's main source of income
They too are protected by their Managers as the Managers seek more public money to maintain their lifestyle.
The story about the dishonest (criminal) doctors above is quite correct - this is malfeasance and criminal action. And it does not exactly by-pass anti-discrimination laws - but incompetent judges do not, from their position of privilige, recognise discrimination.

Ed, I can't tell you how nice it is to have someone support us with a positive comment. For years we, the victims of Soviet psychiatry at HealthQuest and Comcare (the Commonwealth equivalent) have been trying to be recognized as the victims of this evil that we are. So seldom has anyone given us any encouragement. We are going through exactly what the Soviet victims went through and we know what hell it was for them when no-one believed them, when people said they really must be insane because a government psychiatrist said so. Or when people thought it wasn't such a big problem and that it was only happening to a few people. No, there haven't been more than about 80 or 90 genuine victims. But all of them are the kind of people willing to put their necks on the block to speak up against wrongdoing and to defend the human rights of others.
Administrative Decisions Tribunal has a few little problems
The main one is that they are sooo busy bowing low to the crown solicitor misfits that they cannot see discrimination.

Crown Solicitors Representing Every Party
Can you believe, in a case currently before the court, the Crown Solicitors (Menzies and Brus I presume) are representing the Administrative Decisions Tribunal (which is accused of dishonestly making a decision), the Department of Community Services (formerly the Department of Ageing and Home Care) AND HealthQuest. Why doesn't HealthQuest have to pay for their own representation? If, as the government would have us believe, HQ is 'independent' of the government, why are the Crown Solicitors representing it? And did you know, when HealthQuest was made a statutory body, all responsibility was taken from it, for its dishonest decisions, and responsibility now rests with the Crown? How convenient. We all know we cannot beat the Crown and its QCs in court. This government is unbelievably deceitful and corrupt.
Crown Solicitors give instructions to judges
It seems to me that the judges in the IRC and the ADT are taking their instructions from the Crown Solicitors, who quite often are Ms Elaine Brus and Mr P. Menzies QC. More alarmingly, their clients, such as HealthQuest, are not giving the Crown Solicitors instructions; the reverse is the case. Often you'll see a departmental head whisper some suggestion to Ms Brus and she'll shake her head to indicate 'no'.With the Rising Star Progamme, these two will undoubtedly be promoted to judges any time soon.
Its a crime - persecuting whistleblowers is a crime.
iemma and hatzistergos (and debus, carr, before them) know full well that it is a crime. And they are accessories after the fact. turning a blind eye is aiding and abetting.

N.S.W. gov spending $4,000,000 persecuting one whistleblower
Val Kerrison's cases filed in the ADT are finally being allowed to be heard. They are the discrimination and victimising cases against TAFE (especially Ramsey and Willmott), and aiding and abetting cases against CSAH (HealthQuest) and NSW Health Dept (MAP) . Crown Solicitors and ADT put them off for years, but they are set down for hearing soon.

NSW government allows TAFE to use $4,000,000 for their vendetta
This is disgusting. The NSW government permits employees of Kempsey
TAFE (because that's where the nightmare started) to use $4,000,000 in
government money to fight every attempt by Val Kerrison to get justice.
I know that they are applying for costs against three
whistleblowers who lost their cases in various courts and tribunals and
each one owes $1,000,000 in costs which none of them can pay.
I
can imagine the DET/TAFE justifying employing the Crown Solicitors to
fight the whistleblowers in court by saying 'It's fine, we've got the
courts stacked with Labor hacks - when we win we'll make them pay all
the costs.'
Not so. Not when the whistleblowers, such as Gerard Crewdson, don't have any money to pay.
What
a shocking waste of money. All these cases could have been solved by a
series of conciliation meetings and perhaps a reasonable financial
settlement for each whistleblower. Instead they throw away the voters'
money and for what. They might have won the court cases but they lost
the moral victory.

So the teacher at Kempsey TAFE enrolled herself in the tech and gave
herself a certificate. And Val Kerrison who complained about this abuse
of power gets referred to HealthQuest to be dealt with. What a great
way to run things.
Unlmited ASIO money for persecuting people in OZ and in Italy
Spending $4 Millions , That's nothing for the NSW Government or the ASIO (the Federal Government ) . There is an ongoing ASIO operation in Italy now and before that in Dulwich Hill (Sydney Inner West ) all together we estimate
ASIO in Australia and their friends in Italy use about 50-60 people a day
to follow and try to entrap two 60 years old plus . The farce has been going
on for at least 5 years . Now let's do a bit of calculations $50,000 dollar
for every ASIO scumbag Multiplied by 50 ( conservative numbers ) equal $2.5 Million
a year ,not counting other expenses , All of this for at least 5 years makes
$12.5 Million . This great farce is on just to keep the lid on the fake
background of a very important judge who , we suspect . is a great friend of
"R ". Our story has a lot to do with the protection of secret children of a very important past politician . Our story is dynamite and if and when comes out
will rock the rotten Judacial and political system to their fundations .
Australia signed a UN declaration to protect the right of it's citizens but ,
in this regard Australia might be equal to BURMA . The evidence is all those
articles on this website about Human rights abuses ; it is not a surprise
considering the caliber the people in charge ( MR R And MR G )
