We turned off our lights
It was great. It felt very peaceful. I didn't feel like ever turning them back on again. It seems electricity is a noisy, disturbing thing. Candles are the way to go.

A lot more need to be done, NOW!
Why can’t they turn of the light in those empty high-rise office buildings throughout the year?
If you look around there can be huge greenhouse savings now.
Why are all those huge plasma screens at Hardly normal (& elsewhere), running on all day?
Why are they still pedalling that stuff, when they know it uses more electricity than LCD.
Why are people ditching their working TV’s to buy a big screen TV?
Even if it improves the viewing experience, they won't improve the crappy programmes or the advertising.
It was nice
I agree with Mulligrubs, it was a peaceful feeling. Stuff electricity, I hope to move to a bush block and learn to do without it.

At 8 p.m. on March 29, millions of people around the world obeyed Big Brother
and shut off their lights for an hour to "conserve energy and fight climate
change."
Organized by the elite World Wildlife Fund, "Earth Hour" was a psy-op designed
to remind us we are a burden on the ecosystem. The event was organized by an
elite who represent one percent of the world's population yet own over 40% of
the resources.
From the elite perspective, we're superfluous- the real message of 'Earth Hour."
Have they ever done anything to celebrate human life?
If we are energy challenged, it is because the Illuminati banking cartel has
been suppressing non-polluting free-energy technology for almost a century. At
the same time, this cartel has been fomenting wasteful and tragic wars. Why not
end war for the sake of the Earth? How about Al Gore's record on the use of
weaponized depleted uranium? ..
Hi Dr Makow,
I don't always agree with every thing you have to say, but I always look foward
to reading your articles on Rense.com.
You know the old saying "there are no aetheists in a fox hole"? I have found
there are no enviormentalists @ -10f either. How silly to turn off the lights
for an hour.
Why not celebrate having lighting, heat, clean, plentifull water and working
toward the goal of that for all human beings? How about implementing Tesla
technologys. I wish these sermonizing elitist would stop the posturing and get
of thier kiesters and do something meaningfull like downsizing their mansions.
Install water saving shower heads or something.
Any chance of allowing casual visitors to vote?
I don't want to have to start an account.
A most enjoyable....
peaceful hour....during which no work was accomplished.
