It's good to see that such a horrible and destructive organization/scam is being met with free thinking individuals who know it's their moral responsibility to stand up and say no more. It's also good that people have the intellect to realize that Scientology isn't a religion any more than other pyramid scams guised as cults. I hope those who are brainwashed will be helped by these legal protests.

group as "cyber-terrorists".

"Anonymous is perpetrating religious hate crimes against Churches of
Scientology and individual Scientologists for no reason other than

"They have also engaged in other harassment including threats of

so is anybody going to tell me what the actual argument is against the church of scientology? or are you all just going to pat these 'brave' masked protestors on the back for kicking up a minor stink over something-or-other while spouting a continuous flow of rhetoric? all i've picked up is tat scientology seems to inhibit free speech and take money, but since its members or members by choice they are giving their momeny and freedom of speech away voluntarily. also, it seems a little hypocritical to call for the suppression of a religion in response to that religion's percieved oppression of its members. seems to be a little like george w. bush employing biological weapons against Iraq because he suspects that they have them.

The masks are to avoid the repercussions of the cult.  They are very vengeful and would openly attack a person's livelihood if they had an identity to go against.  The members of Anonymous are doing this not for personal gain, but to help those ensnared in the cult's lies.  There has been no violence, and no one cares if someone decides to worship a crazy alien or a talking waffle for that matter.  However the atrocities that go on inside the church cannot be forgiven.  

All the troll's questions can be answered by doing a little reading.  I know it's hard but you can do it. A lot can be gained by being a little informed.

What a waste of protest power. Sure $cientology is a cult, but there are bigger fish to fry. There is a cult millions of times as powerful and dangerous as $cientology. This cult is called your government.. Fight the real power and not an internet fad.

There can be little doubt that $cientology is a dangerous superstition which is ultimately psychologically harmful to its members.  It is likely also harmful in other ways.  These facts just make $cientology another religion like Chri$tianity, I$lam, or Judai$m.  It's interesting that people seem to think it's perfectly acceptable to protest the existence of one silly cult while simultaneously demanding [or passively endorsing through inaction] special status for their own bizarre cult, such as tax exemptions for a church.   The only significant difference between a religion and a cult is the number of members.  Those stupid enough to become pawns of $cientology are likely unteachable, and if $cientology were actually "stopped" [whatever that means] these same retards would wind up at the local church or they would give all their money to the nearest "psychic".
