Pig Ignorant Filth Arrest the Wrong Guy

NSW police locked up an innocent man they suspected of being a serial rapist only to release the man without charge late last night after realising they had completely fucked things up, as usual.

So convinced were the braindead filth that they had their man, they ignored his pleas of innocence and his ability to simply and easily demonstrate he was not the culprit by producing his work records.

Instead Joey de Mesa, of Asian appearance, spent a weekend locked up in prison and suffered severe emotional trauma being forced to wonder to himself if he really was the rapist the pigs were after.

"They made me think that it was me, that I'd done all these things, so in my mind I had to go through it and think whether I really did rape anyone or not. That's how much they put it on me."

Joey de Mesa showed up at Mount Druitt pig pen on Saturday to state his innocence after his image, captured on CCTV, was splashed across the media.

To his horror, instead of ruling him out as a suspect, the shit arrested and charged him.

"I just didn't know what to do. I was in terrible shock," he said

They clearly figured they had their man based on the colour of Joey's skin.

The blue clad scum could have easily avoided Joey's turmoil had they made some simply, cursory inquiries, but true to form they didn't bother, obviously too busy with having to bash some indigenous youth, collect some bribes, protect the local pedophile ring and sell herion to children.

The courts colluded with the filth in denying de Mesa's basic rights by denying him bail, compounding his suffering, isolation and desperation.

If the filth really wanted to bring to justice the serial rapist stalking the young women of Western Sydney, they would have turned him in from among their own ranks by now.

Spokesfilth, Wendy Valois, said the evidence against de Mesa was "extremely compelling", meaning they had nothing at all.

Disgusting

Since he handed himself in voluntarily, and had no former criminal history as well as a clear alibi, why the hell didn't they just release him until tests were completed. This is shocking.

Cops are Tops!

Just another travesty of justice brought to you by the most corrupt police force on earth.

Innocent unless proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt

Innocent unless proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt. Isn't that supposed to be the cornerstone of criminal justice.  I am led to believe this is a just a common police interrogation technique that is a travesty of human rights evryone is entitled to. They should, as a minimum, sack those cops and put their faces in the papers so they can understand how it feels like. Meanwhile, the real suspect is still scot free, probably laughing himself to disbelief that the cops f***ed up big time and now feels bolder that he can get away with it again.

Lots of deep anger at the police here...

Perhaps the cops we're actually trying hard to get the rapist.

Has anyone ever fucked anything up at work? Made a wee mistake?

I have yet to see any community organisations catch the rapist yet. So the cops is the best we got.

Maybe the cops weren't sure but they wanted to prevent any more rapes from occuring, so they kept him in custody. Imagine if they let this guy go and he was the real culprit and he raped again.

It's no fun being a cop I guess.

Re: Pig Ignorant Filth Arrest the Wrong Guy

Just a friendly reminder that the same angry gang of armed thugs that branded this poor guy a rapist and refused to pick up the phone to confirm his alibi can as of August 1 tap your phone, computer and install a tracking device all without a warrant...

Then it is up to the people to remove the government and have the laws repealed.

Getting angry at the cops isn't going to acheive much. We need to take responsibility. We need to give the police some decent laws to enforce.

Come next election, there will be a brand new force of independent senators. Libertarians. Grass rooted. Imagine that.
