World Bank says "biofuels" cause 75% of agricultural price increases

The World Bank reports that agrofuels, i.e. fuels made from plants, are to blame for 75% of the price increases of agricultural products.
I just wish to add to the knowledge of the person who was advocating "biofuels" here a few weeks back.
