Posted April 15th, 2009 by ...Jean Juleff Mitchell was born in 1926. She has been painting in oils for over 60 years. Jean has sold and exhibited works in Canberra and Broken Hill, as well as the many small country towns in which she has lived during her lifetime.
A native of the South Coast, N.S.W., Jean's ancestors came from Ireland and Cornwall in England.

It's happened that TV-journalists from Moscow asked me to undertake this action special for them, but as an artist, I realized that my re-sepulture would be the farce. I am quite calm to the attention of the media. Russian proverb says "if something glitters, this doesn't mean that it's the gold".
