Australia’s PM must endorse Indigenous Declaration at UN in NY

If Prime Minister, Kevin Rudd, hopes Australia is invited to take a place on the UN Security Council then his government must first show the world that it will end racial discrimination and keep its promise to Indigenous Peoples, by endorsing the UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples during his imminent address to the General Assembly.
