The Indy media post http://sydney.indymedia.org.au/story/activist-self-care-now-election-over on activist self care is good stuff for amateurs like me to consider, most of us loose track of self while engaged in reaching out to the peoples around us. My last activity in this chapter of an unending struggle for honest representative government was to hang this “Thank You ” sign around my neck at the cross roads of Donnison and Mann Street in Gosford.
