Under the previous Directors, Dr Helen Jagger and Dr Helia Gapper, in particular, HealthQuest was well known to have been involved in Soviet-style psychiatry, whereby N.S.W. public servants who were dissenters or whistleblowers were 'certified insane'. Once HealthQuest had provided a 'certificate of insanity' (known by some as a fake retirement certificate), government departments were able to dismiss the whistleblower and there was no proper avenue ofappeal.

I want to add my voice re. public hospital food. It is absolutely

N.S.W. Health alleges there are areas where over half the population over 16 years are fat.

Just
who is dumb enough to submit to N.S.W. Health invading their personal
zone and measuring and weighing them? If you see N.S.W. Health coming
with a tape measure and scales, make a run for it! This is a huge
invasion of people's privacy. Who the hell do they think they are?

Dr Grahame Wagener was the principal of Oak Flats High School. The
Department of Education stood him down on 10th December 2004 and he was
the subject of a five month departmental investigation. Wouldn't it be
great if they held an investigation into their own lying senior
officers. At one stage the Department announced Dr Wagener would be
charged with a breach of discipline but refused to release further
details. Dr Wagener has declined to speak to the media. However Oak
Flats High School P&C President Tony Purdon has said parents have
supported Dr Wagener.
