Keri
James and daughter Clover (6) have embarked on an epic 'Walk Against
woodchips' from Canberra to Tasmania. They will draw community
attention to the continuing destructive practice of woodchipping native
forests as they pass the Eden woodchip mill on their way to the Gunns
proposed pulp mill site in the Tamar valley (Tasmania).
They passed through Bairnsdale on the 26th of October and reach Traralgon on the 6th of November.

Australian Constitution - Gov/Corp Violation of Section 100
Posted March 17th, 2008 by unitednaturesAccording to Section 100 of the Australian Constitution the logging of catchment and old-growth forest throughout Australia, which adversely affects our water supply in a time of drought and climate change, could be deemed unconstitutional. United Natures has produced a short video about Section 100 of the Constitution and why we feel Gov/Corp are violating it. Inspired to build a case against the Regional Forest Agreement, the Bell Bay Pulpmill in the Tamar Valley Tasmania and alike and have the pillage of our inheritance stopped.

Short documentary on the engineering of a water crisis by Gov/Corp via an unsustainable timber industry in the Yarra Valley Australia, which supplies Melbourne's water. Aimed not at the loggers for they are slaves to banks and debt like everyone else.
