Hobart: Logging truck stopped in Gunns Pulpmill protest

Hobart: In protest at the Environment Miister's decision to allow
the Gunns Pulp Mill in the Tamar Valley, a group of protestors
surrounded a logging truck with one locking on to the underside of the
truck on Macquarie Street near
Franklin Square preventing its movement until police were able to cut
him free. A banner was unfurled reading "Stop
woodchipping our ancient forests."
